Free One-Year Limited Warranty

We make some pretty epic rings, with some pretty epic standards. But we know somethings things aren't perfect, that's why EVERY Bands 4 Bros ring we sell comes with a FREE 1 year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If your purchase has ANY manufacturing defect (breaking, chipping, etc) we will replace your ring at NO COST to you. Simply provide your proof of purchase and clear photos of the damage to your ring. Please email us within one year of the date of delivery. If the exact model is not available we may offer a similar style ring of the same value.

Lifetime Warranty (BEST VALUE)

You're in this for the long-haul and so are we! Our Lifetime Warranty covers FREE repair or replacement of your ring for the next 10 years, or 50 years or 80 years- actually it's forever. Our rings are pretty tough, but we know that epic men do epic things which may or may not always be the safest, or smartest. You can have the peace of mind knowing that while we can't guarantee your personal safety we can guarantee the safety of that shiny piece of awesomeness on your hand- no matter what you choose to do to endanger yourself. Show your partner how responsible you are with a warranty that will last...like forever.  

What’s Covered:

FREE Repair or replacement of chipping, breaking, fading or other defects for the rest of your lifetime.

How Does It Work:

Start by sending us an email at hello@bands4bros.com. Provide your proof of purchase and send us a few pictures of your ring. We'll take the rest from there. 

Please Note- Exceptions to Limited One-Year and Lifetime Warranty:

The limited warranty does not cover size changes due to weight loss/gain, scratches or damage incurred due to abuse, abnormal environmental conditions, exposure to harsh chemicals, negligence, or loss of the ring. Tungsten may break if dropped on hard floors or due to frequent exposure to harsh chemicals (bleach, Lysol, hand sanitizer). If you choose to have your ring engraved after purchase it voids all warranties. If we suspect that you are abusing the rights granted to you under the limited warranty or otherwise making a false claim of defect, we reserve the right to void your limited warranty.EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE, (I) YOUR PURCHASE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK; (II) EACH RING IS PURCHASED “AS-IS”; AND (III) WE MAKE NO OTHER WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO OUR PRODUCTS.In no case shall Bands 4 Bros or its managers, members, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your ownership, wear or use of any product purchased from us, or for any other claim related in any way to your purchase of any product, including any claim for personal injury or death. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
