How Can I Exchange or Return my Ring?

To be honest, we’re kind of particular too, so we understand wanting to get this just the way you want it!

You have 45 days from the date of delivery to exchange or return your ring. You have the option to change out your size (more on sizing here!), change your style or simply return your order.

IMPORTANT INFO: There is a $25 processing fee for ring returns. Exchanges DO NOT have a processing fee.

**Any returned/exchanged rings must be in clean, “unworn” and salable condition** AKA don’t wear it for three weeks, smash it with a hammer or try to cut it in half with a jigsaw. Damaged or excessively scratched rings cannot be processed for return or exchange.

A Few Things to Know if You Want to Engrave Your Ring 

Engraved rings are NOT returnable or exchangeable once engraved so be sure to get your size right before getting it engraved!
